Activitatea desfășurată din 2007 sub forma de PFA de către MIHAI M VALENTIN EXPERT EPI a fost transferată în anul 2015 către SC MIRVA REVALCON INVEST SRL din dorința de a satisface numărul sporit al cererilor clienților dar și de a păstra nivelul ridicat al calității rapoartelor de evaluare. In acest an dorim extinderea firmei si intrarea pe un nou segment de piata - evaluari de intreprinderi si consultanta imobiliara - agentie imobiliara. Astfel dorim sa ne extindem initial la nivel regional si dupa la nivel national .

MIRVA REVALCON INVEST SRL, cu o experiență de peste 15 ani în activitatea de evaluare, include următoarele servicii:  evaluări de societăți comerciale (afaceri și participații la afaceri), active și alte bunuri imobiliare sau mobile;  analize-diagnostic și expertize tehnice;  consultanță. Până în prezent, MIRVA REVALCON INVEST SRL a efectuat expertize și evaluări la societăți comerciale complexe din toate domeniile de activitate, evaluări de afaceri, active, lucrări de consultanță, evaluări de stocuri de piese și materiale pentru vânzare, pentru obținerea de credite, evaluări de imobilizări corporale și stocuri ipotecate sau gajate, analize diagnostic, studii de fezabilitate în vederea obținerii de credite, de la diverse bănci, în vederea retehnologizării, dezvoltării unor noi afaceri, planuri de afaceri.

SC MIRVA REVALCON INVEST SRL MEMBRU CORPORATIV (Asociația Națională a Evaluatorilor din România) din 2015, cu număr de autorizație 0504 având calitatea de evaluator independent, profesie recunoscută ca fiind de utilitate publică; are ca domenii de bază evaluarea proprietăților imobiliare, evaluarea mașinilor, a echipamentelor și evaluarea de întreprinderi. Lucrările sunt realizate cu respectarea Standardelor de Evaluare a Bunurilor editate ANEVAR, a Standardelor Internaționale de Evaluare (IVS) și a recomandărilor asociației profesionale, fiind respectate de către angajați, parteneri - membri titulari/corporativi ANEVAR. S.C. MIRVA REVALCON INVEST SRL colaborează cu evaluatori autorizați, colaboratori/ angajați, cu experiență, care includ toate domeniile de evaluare și consultanță în evaluare . În prezent activitatea se desfăsoară în București, județele Prahova, Ilfov, Buzău, Dâmbovița, Argeș, Brașov, cu posibilitatea extinderii și pe plan național, prin evaluatori colaborator
