Scenariul A: Ești Investitor și vrei să-ți crești portofoliul
Să presupunem că ai prieteni care doresc să-și diversifice economiile sau o cunoștințe care administrează o companie (PJ).
Pasul 1: Trimite-le link-ul tău unic din secțiunea „Contul meu”.
Pasul 2: Prietenul tău investește minim 250 EUR (PF) sau compania investește minim 1.000 EUR (PJ).
Rezultat: Primești 30 EUR (pentru PF) sau 90 EUR (pentru PJ) direct în contul tău, gata pentru a fi reinvestiți sau retrași.
BONUS: Prietenul tău primește aceeași sumă pentru că s-a încadrat în fereastra de timp și a valorificat oportunitatea.

This Regulation governs the participation conditions, operational mechanism, eligibility criteria, and bonus allocation method within the Fagura Referral Program, organized by FAGURA CAPITAL S.R.L., a limited liability company incorporated and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, with its registered office at 78, 31 August 1989 Street (iHUB Green, 3rd floor, office B), Chișinău municipality, IDNO 1024600049862, acting as a crowdfunding service provider, authorized by Decision No. 51/2 dated 05.11.2024 of the National Commission for Financial Markets, hereinafter referred to as “Fagura”.
This Regulation supplements the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform www.fagura.com. In the event of any inconsistency between this Regulation and the Platform Terms and Conditions, the provisions of this Regulation shall prevail exclusively with respect to matters specific to the Referral Program.
At Fagura, the community is the engine that drives the growth of alternative investments. Therefore, we have rebuilt the Referral Program to expand the community and directly reward both the inviting user and the invited person. For each friend who creates an account through your link and fulfills the eligibility conditions, the bonus is granted to both parties. If the activation process takes longer than the initial term, you may relaunch the invitation from your account so that it remains valid according to the program rules.
1. Referral Program 3.0
Compared to previous versions, Referral Program 3.0 simplifies the bonus process and introduces new monitoring tools:
Individual rewards: You receive a bonus for each approved referral who completes the required steps.
Validity period: Each invitation has a 30-day opportunity window. It may be renewed twice (2), but must NOT exceed a total of 90 days.
Reminder notifications: You may remind your friends to complete the process directly from the platform and ensure they do not miss the opportunity.
2. Key Terms
To simplify invitation tracking, each user may use the dedicated dashboard in their personal account, designed to provide transparency regarding the status of each invitation and allow real-time progress monitoring.
The Referral Program uses the following statuses:
Invited: The invitation has been sent (email delivered), but the invited person has not yet created an account on the platform.
Account Created: The invited person has created a user account and completed all necessary steps to invest or contract loans, including identity verification (KYC). From this moment, the 30-day eligibility period begins.
Accepted: The invited person has fulfilled the applicable conditions (investment/loan), and the bonus is granted and transferred to the eligible parties’ accounts according to this Regulation.
Pending: The invited person has not yet fulfilled the applicable conditions and the 30-day period has not expired.
Expired Invitation: The 30-day period and the renewal possibility have expired without fulfilling the program conditions; the invitation becomes invalid.
Closed: The referral created and activated the account or invested the required amount, but used an expired link or exceeded the maximum 90-day period from the initial invitation. In this case, no bonus is granted to either party.
3. Eligibility and Reward Conditions
Eligibility Conditions
Participation in the Fagura Referral Program is open to any natural or legal person, freely and voluntarily, provided they meet the general eligibility requirements applicable to users ofwww.fagura.com, as provided in the Platform Terms and Conditions.
The bonus is granted to the Referrer and the Referral if the following conditions are cumulatively met:
Both referrer and referral must have an active account on the platform and complete all required steps to invest or contract loans, including KYC verification.
An invited investor must fund their account and make an actual investment on the platform, in accordance with the thresholds and timeframes established in this Regulation.
An invited borrower must contract a loan; the loan agreement must be signed and the amount disbursed according to platform rules and contractual documentation.
The invited person may create both types of accounts (Borrower and Investor). The bonus will be granted to the account where the bonus conditions are fulfilled first.
Rewards are determined according to the type of account created by the invited person.

Bonus Allocation Procedure
The referral bonus is granted only after cumulative fulfillment of all eligibility conditions provided in this Regulation and the Platform Terms and Conditions.
After confirmation of eligibility (investment made according to applicable threshold or loan approved, signed and disbursed), the bonus will be validated by Fagura and allocated to both eligible parties.
The bonus will be credited directly to the user’s platform account within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the confirmation date.
The platforms www.fagura.com and www.fagura.ro belong to the Fagura group. The Referral Program applies uniformly across both platforms under regulations containing identical rules and conditions. If the Referrer sends the invitation from fagura.com and the Referral chooses to invest or borrow on fagura.ro (or vice versa), once the program conditions are fulfilled, the Referrer receives the bonus on the platform from which the invitation was initiated, and the Referral receives the bonus on the platform where the bonus conditions were first fulfilled.
Fagura reserves the right to perform additional checks before granting bonuses to prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Notifications
To facilitate invitation management and eligibility tracking, the Referral Program includes notification and reminder functionalities within the dashboard.
If the invitation validity expires without fulfilling the conditions, the invitation may be relaunched through the “Renew Invitation” option. Relaunching is a manual action and starts a new 30-day cycle, subject to the Regulation limits.
For invitations with “Account Created” status, reminder messages may be sent to encourage completion of required actions (investment/loan). A maximum of two (2) reminders per invitation cycle is allowed. The first reminder may be manually initiated only after the first 10 days from invitation sending, with at least 10 days between reminders. If no manual reminder is sent, the system will automatically send one 7 days before the 30-day cycle expires. Messages are sent by Fagura but associated with the referrer to preserve a personal communication character.
5. Exclusions and Prohibited Conduct
The Referral Program aims to stimulate real, direct, and authentic recommendations. Any misuse may result in measures under this section.
Fagura reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or recover granted bonuses and restrict or close accounts involved in abusive, fraudulent, or improper practices, including but not limited to:
Inviting fictitious persons, using false identities, or creating accounts without consent;
Creating multiple accounts by the same person for unjustified bonus acquisition (self-referral);
Bulk/referral farming schemes, mass non-personalized distribution, or automated invitation generation;
Use of artificial/technical methods (scripts, bots, VPNs, intermediary accounts, simulation mechanisms, etc.) to artificially fulfill bonus conditions;
Any other behavior that reasonably aims at unjustified benefit acquisition.
6. Taxation
The tax treatment of referral bonuses is determined according to applicable tax legislation. If bonuses are subject to taxation and withholding obligations exist, the tax will be calculated and withheld by Fagura at the time of bonus granting.
The amount credited may represent the net value after tax withholding.
If additional tax obligations apply (including contributions, declarations, or reporting), they will be fulfilled according to applicable legal provisions, and participants remain responsible for any personal tax obligations that cannot be withheld at source.
Fagura reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documents necessary for tax compliance.
Your investments on Fagura.com during the winter holidays will be actively rewarded! For your net invested amount, ranging from a minimum of €1 000 (one thousand) to a maximum of €100 000 (one hundred thousand), you get a 1% bonus at the end of the campaign. This bonus is in addition to the interest you earn from your actual investments.
This campaign is run by Fagura and is aimed at investors on the Fagura.com platform, seeking a reward for their contribution to financing the listed loans.
1. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from November 17, 2025 (00:00 EET) to January 16, 2026 (23:59 EET).
2. Eligible Participants
Both current and new investors (individuals or legal entities) who have an active investor account on Fagura.com and have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process can participate.
Participants must make a Total Net Investment (calculated using the specific formula below) between €1 000 and €100 000 in the listed loans.
Eligible investments include Manual Invest, Auto-Invest, and Secondary Market.
3. Participation Conditions
The campaign is held online and your country of residence does not affect your participation.
Net Investment: The bonus calculation will be strictly based on the Net Investment Value in EURO, determined by the following formula: Net Investment = MIN (Amount Top-upped to the account, Amount Invested) – Amount Withdrawn during the campaign period.
The Net Investment must be at least €1 000 and not exceed €100 000.
Fagura associates and employees (Fagura OU, OCN Fagura Marketplace SRL, Fagura Finance SRL, and FaguraLab SRL), as well as their first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate.
4. Prize Offered
1% Bonus
Any eligible investor on Fagura.com who achieves a cumulative Net Investment between €1,000 and €100,000 will receive a 1% bonus on the net invested amount at the end of the campaign.
The bonus will be credited to the investor’s Fagura.com account within 15 working days after the campaign ends.
Bonus Calculation Example (1%)
Formula: Net Investment = MIN (Amount Funded, Amount Invested) – Amount Withdrawn
Exemple 1 – Investor invests more than they fund (reinvestments from repayments):
Amount Funded: €10 000
Total Investments: €12 000 (includes repayments and reinvestments)
The calculated bonus is a Gross Bonus. Local tax will be deducted before payment.
Gross Bonus: €100
Tax Withheld (e.g., 12%): €100 × 12% = €12
Net Bonus Paid: €100 − €12 = €88
5. Other Provisions
This campaign cannot be combined with other active campaigns on Fagura.com (e.g., the tax coverage campaign for the first 50 Fagura Prime portfolios).
If an investor is also active on Fagura.ro, they can benefit from the specific campaigns on each platform independently. Tax will be withheld at the source according to the legislation for promotional campaign income.
The bonus amount calculated in Section 4 is a gross amount. Fagura reserves the right, as the income payer, to withhold at the source any required income tax and/or mandatory contributions according to the applicable tax laws, before crediting the net amount to the investor’s account. The amount actually credited will be the net value, after all tax deductions.
All costs (e.g., income tax) related to this income are the responsibility of the winner (individual or legal entity).
Investițiile tale pe Fagura.com în perioada sărbătorilor de iarnă sunt activ bonusate! La suma netă investită pe platformă, între minim 1.000 (o mie) și maxim 100.000€ (o sută de mii), ai un bonus de 1% la finalul campaniei, adițional dobânzilor primite prin investițiile realizate. Campania este desfășurată de Fagura și se adresează investitorilor platformei Fagura.com, având ca scop recompensarea contribuției lor la finanțarea împrumuturilor listate.

Participanții trebuie să investească o sumă totală netă = min(suma alimentată, suma investită) – suma retrasă (în perioada campaniei), cuprinsă între 1.000€ (o mie) și 100.000€ (o sută de mii) în împrumuturile listate.
Campania se desfășoară online și nu ține cont de țara de reședință a persoanelor participante.
Investiția Netă: Pentru calculul bonusului se va lua în considerare doar valoarea investițiilor nete în EURO. Investiția netă se calculează strict după formula: (Investiția Netă = MIN (Suma Alimentată, Suma Investită) – Suma Retrasă în perioada campaniei). Valoarea netă trebuie să fie de minimum 1.000€ și maximum 100.000€.
Nu pot participa asociații și angajații Fagura (Fagura OU, OCN Fagura Marketplace SRL, Fagura Finance SRL și FaguraLab SRL), precum și rudele acestora de gradul I.
4. Premiul oferit
Bonus de 1%
Orice investitor de pe Fagura.com care realizează o investiție netă cumulată între 1.000€ și 100.000€ va primi la finalul campaniei un bonus de 1% din suma netă investită.
Bonusul va fi creditat pe contul de investitor Fagura.com în termen de 15 zile lucrătoare de la data încheierii campaniei.
Această campanie nu se poate cumula cu alte campanii active pe Fagura.com (de ex, campania de acoperire impozit pentru primele 50 de portofolii Fagura Prime).
În cazul în care investitorul este activ și pe Fagura.ro, acesta poate beneficia de campaniile specifice fiecărei platforme în mod independent, cu impozitare la sursă conform legislației pentru veniturile încasate din campanii promoționale.
Valoarea bonusului calculată conform Punctului 4 este o sumă brută. Fagura își rezervă dreptul de a acționa ca plătitor de venit și de a reține la sursă orice impozit pe venit și/sau contribuție obligatorie aferentă, conform legislației fiscale aplicabile, înainte de creditarea sumei nete în contul investitorului. Suma creditată efectiv în contul investitorului va reprezenta valoarea netă, după deducerea tuturor reținerilor fiscale.
Toate costurile (de ex: impozit pe venit) aferente acestui venit revin câștigătorului (persoană fizică sau juridică).
